1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and NeuralRise (“NeuralRise”, “we”, “us”) that governs your access to and use of the NeuralRise website, courses, mentorship features, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and purchase courses on NeuralRise. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Mentor accounts are not self-registered — they are created by a NeuralRise administrator following an internal vetting process. Mentors agree to these Terms in addition to any conduct expectations communicated to them directly during onboarding.

3. Accounts

To access most features of the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address (verified by a one-time code) or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and current information when registering.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and any device used to access your account.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying us promptly at info@neuralrise.in if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Each account is intended for a single individual. Sharing login credentials to give multiple people access to a single paid account is not permitted.

4. Course Access

When you successfully purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access that course’s lessons, videos, and downloadable resources through your NeuralRise account, for as long as the course remains available on the platform. Access is granted for your individual learning use only and may not be resold, shared, rebroadcast, or used to provide training to others without our prior written consent.

Video content is streamed through time-limited, signed links generated per session and is not intended for downloading or redistribution outside the Service. Some lessons may be marked as free previews and are accessible without enrollment; all other lesson content and downloadable resources require an active enrollment.

We aim to keep enrolled courses available indefinitely, but content may occasionally be updated, reorganized, or — in rare cases — retired (for example, if it becomes outdated). If we retire a course you are enrolled in, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled learners in advance.

5. Payments

Course prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise and are payable in full at checkout, or through EMI (installment) options where available, via our payment partner Razorpay. All payments are subject to Razorpay’s own terms and any applicable bank or card issuer terms for EMI plans.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us (through Razorpay) to charge the listed price, plus any applicable taxes, for the course you select. Enrollment is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

6. Certificates

Upon completing all required lessons and assessments in a course, NeuralRise issues a certificate of completion to your account. Certificates reflect completion of the NeuralRise curriculum as it existed at the time of issuance; they are not accredited degrees or diplomas and do not guarantee employment, a specific salary, or any particular career outcome. Certificates already issued are not affected by later edits to a course and are not revoked if you later request a refund exception under our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content — including videos, lesson text, code samples, slides, assessments, downloadable resources, the NeuralRise name, and logo — is owned by NeuralRise or its mentors and licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license to access course content described in Course Access, no rights are transferred to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the Service for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Any code, projects, or original work you create and submit as part of a course assignment remains yours. By submitting it for review or community sharing, you grant NeuralRise a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it for educational and promotional purposes related to the Service (for example, as a sample project), unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Community Guidelines

NeuralRise’s mentors and learner community are here to help you grow. When interacting with mentors, staff, or fellow learners — in comments, community spaces, or support channels — you agree to:

• Be respectful and constructive, even in disagreement.
• Give credit where it’s due and avoid presenting others’ work as your own.
• Keep discussions relevant and avoid spam, unsolicited promotion, or off-topic advertising.
• Respect the privacy of other learners and mentors — do not share their personal information without consent.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user’s account, our systems, or non-public areas of the Service.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features, including content-protection mechanisms for video and resource delivery.
• Scrape, mirror, or bulk-download course content or platform data using automated tools.
• Upload malicious code, or use the Service to distribute malware, phishing content, or spam.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with NeuralRise.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse mentors, staff, or other learners.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in suspension or termination of your account under Termination, in addition to any legal remedies available to us.

10. Refund Policy

Because NeuralRise courses provide immediate, unlimited access to complete video lessons, source materials, and downloadable resources upon purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable. We do consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for limited exceptional circumstances, such as a duplicate or erroneous charge, or a verified technical failure on our end that prevented you from accessing a course you paid for. Certificates already issued are non-refundable and are not revoked if an exception is granted.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we determine in good faith that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or created risk or legal exposure for NeuralRise, its mentors, or other users. Where a suspension results from a violation, no refund will be issued for the affected course(s).

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Disclaimer — will continue to apply after your account is closed.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NeuralRise and its founders, mentors, and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you actually paid to NeuralRise for the course giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

13. Disclaimer

The Service, including all courses, mentor guidance, and materials, is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that completing a course will result in any particular job offer, salary, certification recognition, or career outcome.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, our business, or applicable law. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do, and where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by email or an in-product notice). Continuing to use the Service after revised Terms take effect means you accept the changes.
